This museum quality 54 inch long locomotive is built to the scale of ¾” to the foot and operates on 3 ½” gauge track. It is a model of the English 4-6-2 Britannia engine built to scale from original drawings over a five year period. It is fully detailed and painted in green livery. It has operating steam-powered brakes, working steam injectors, working axle pump, operating ash pan doors, two pressure gauges and operating steam cocks. It operates at working steam pressure of 80 psi. The cylinder and valve chambers are chromed. The boiler is built from copper with copper tubes and a combustion chamber with four siphons. It has of course been boiler-tested and certified. The tender is made from brass and riveted. The tender has a hand water pump and 2 filter boxes. All wheel wheels are ball raced and the brake gear is fully operational. It has been entered in over 20 shows and achieved a first place in an OMLET (Ontario Model Locomotive Efficiency Trials). The Pullman Coach is also built to ¾” to the foot and is painted in brown and cream livery. It has a fully detailed interior complete with a bar, chairs and tables.. It has operating lights. It has leaf springs and ball raced wheels as well as sprung buffers. It is 54” long. Asking price for the package of both the engine and the passenger car is $10,000 in U.S. Funds.
